Pattern Making

The initial process where we turn your vision into reality. After liaising with yourself, our design team will interpret your ideas from sketches, images or existing garments to create a pattern. Once created it will also give you an approximate costing for the garment.

Sampling

This is an integral part of the design process where we bring the pattern to life, by creating a base size prototype in-house. In order to carry out this step all fabrics and components must be provided. Fit comments will be actioned at this stage, so the sample can be signed off for approval. Once approved it will become the production sample.

Grading

Once approved the prototype will become the production sample. We will turn the sample size pattern into additional sizes by using a size specification sheet or grading increments. The Vetigraph system that we run allows us to fully grade patterns in-house.

Production Runs/CMT (Cut, Make and Trim)

Our production facilities, located in the heart of the Midlands, gives us capabilities of mass producing garments domestically with short lead times, as well as fully functional CMT facility. All fabric and components must be provided to us for our team to begin working on your order. Our production manager will meticulously monitor production to ensure that all garments are made to a high standard within a timely manner. To ensure communication is kept open we will appoint an account manager who will keep you up to date on every stage of the process.
